The fees for certificate/diploma/advanced diploma courses will be non-refundable in any case.
In case a course / program is not started by the university, the learner will get a refund of 100% fee. However, in case a learner applies for a refund on their own before joining the course, the fees will not be refunded.
The refund process will be carried out via the Web-Platform and it will be entirely system-based.
No fee exemption or concession will be granted to anyone on any pretext.
In case a course/program is not started by the university, learners have an opportunity to select for another available/offered course.
For all monetary transfers, forex rates, government taxes and the State Bank of Pakistan’s rules shall be applicable. The rules/policies implemented/amended by the State Bank of Pakistan from time-to-time shall be applicable.
