How can I apply for the refund of fee?

In case a course / program is not started by the university, the learner will get a refund of 100% fee. However, in case a learner applies for a refund on their own before joining the course, the fees will not be refunded.

• The refund process will be carried out via the Web-Platform and it will be entirely system-based.

In case a course/program is not started by the university, learners have an opportunity to select for another available/offered course.
